Constitution Day

Yes I know this is European History. Yes I know you have been drilled quite extensively in the matters of the government through your other honors classes. But Constitution Day is coming this Monday, September 17th. In honor of the enduring foundation for our beautiful country, I am going to show a short video clip on the role of the constitution and have a class discussion comparing and contrasting our constitution with other countries forms of government around the world. Some ideas to ponder before Monday: Is the constitution absolutely perfect? How does it compare to other countries? Great Britain has no written constitution. How would our country be different today if we went the same path during the constitutional convention? Come prepared for Monday!!!
